A presentation of the preparation and current status of the planned joint degree M.A. Transcultural Studies between Kyoto and Heidelberg will be given by Björn-Ole Kamm, senior lecturer at the Graduate School of Letters (GSL), at a workshop about Japan-Europe research collaboration, jointly organised by Kyoto University Research Administration Office (KURA) and EURAXESS Links Japan. This workshop aims at providing researchers and students at Kyoto University with an up-to-date overview of their opportunities for research cooperation and mobility, particularly through the description of available funding schemes. It aims at drawing a new landscape of the Japan-Europe research collaboration.
